ABOUT US
Green Crystal LLC is a full-cycle research and production company. Our activities are based on the development and implementation of nitrogen-containing master alloys and strengthening additives using SHS (Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis), as well as the manufacturing of custom metallurgical equipment. Our materials enable metallurgical and refractory enterprises to increase product service life, control nitrogen alloying, and reduce their carbon footprint.
OUR MISSION
Continuous advancement and technology improvement.
We are convinced that technology must constantly evolve and improve to unlock new possibilities for the sustainable and efficient use of natural resources and to enhance the efficiency of industrial sectors.
Green Crystal LLC is a production and R&D company that creates nitrogen-containing master alloys and hardening additives based on SHS technology

Gas-oxygen Tuyeres for EAF
About the product

A gas-oxygen tuyere is a component of a modern electric arc furnace responsible for supplying process gases into the metal melting zone. Operating under extreme temperatures and in an aggressive environment, it requires maximum reliability and efficient heat removal.

The tuyere is installed in a water-cooled jacket to protect it from high temperatures. It is water-cooled and has separate systems to supply oxygen for combustion and purification, natural gas lines, and cooling water inlet and outlet lines

Protective Coating Application for Graphitized Electrodes
to optimize their consumption in electric arc furnace (EAF) and ladle furnace (LF) operations
About Service

The application of special protective coatings to graphitized electrodes for electric arc furnaces and ladle furnaces reduces their consumption and extends their service life by protecting them from oxidation and erosion.
